Dr. Chowdhary is board certified in Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine. He earned his medical degree from Medical College in Srinagar, India (1986-1992). He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Crozer Chester Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA (1997-2000) and Chief Residency at the same program (2000-2001). Subsequently, Dr. Chowdhary completed clinical fellowship in Geriatrics at the University of Tucson (2001-2002) and after completion of the training worked at Granger Medical Clinic as an Internist / Geriatrician until 2007.
After practicing Internal Medicine for five years at Granger Medical Clinic, Dr. Chowdhary returned to Arizona and completed fellowship at the University of Arizona, Tucson (2007-2010) which was followed by fellowship in Sleep Disorders at the University of Utah (2010-2011).
Dr. Chowdhary came back to Granger Medical Clinic after his fellowship in Sleep Disorders and has been practicing Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine with Granger since 2011. Dr. Chowdhary is also affiliated with Intermountain Healthcare Hospitals, primarily practicing at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah.
