Mistie graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015 and joined Dr. Richard Hendershot’s team in Allergy, Asthma, & Immunology. Looking to expand her skills set and ability to care for her patients, she went back to further her education. She recently graduated from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri with a Master’s of Science in Nursing in August, 2020. Mistie will continue to work alongside Dr. Hendershot, serving the communities of Bountiful, Park City, and Tooele.
Mistie has enjoyed her role as a registered nurse, but is looking forward to this new chapter in her career as a clinician. She treats all patients equal by showing respect and compassion for each individual’s unique situation, allowing them to feel comfortable engaging in their own health and wellness.
In her free time, Mistie enjoys outdoor activities with family or reading a good book. She also has a love for animals and dotes on her two dogs and one cat.
