Samuel J. Otto, MD was born, raised and educated in Madison, Wisconsin where he graduated from the University of Wisconsin Medical School. He completed his internship and General Surgical training in York, Pennsylvania. Dr Otto is Board Certified in Urology.
Dr Otto served as a Flight Surgeon in the United States Air Force before finishing his urologic training at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He practiced in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for 25 years and was named among the “Top Ten” urologists by Milwaukee physicians and nurses. Dr Otto and his wife Gloria served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints before relocating to Utah to be closer to their children and grandchildren. Dr Otto resumed urologic practice in Ogden, Utah. He retired from that practice to provide coverage for a urologic practice in Milwaukee once a month. Dr Otto has accepted the opportunity and looks forward to providing care for the patients of Tooele Urology.
Dr Otto and his wife, Gloria live in Davis county. Dr Otto enjoys golf, reading and running (especially downhill) and participating in ½ Marathons.
