Troy Marsh is an orthopedic physical therapist and has been in practice for over 25 years. He graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1991 and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Occupational Medicine Section; The Spinal Manipulation and Dry Needling Institute; and the Mckenzie Institute, USA. He is board certified in the specialty of back and neck injuries along with mechanical diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries (Cert. MDT).
Troy is certified to perform Dry Needling for chronic pain condition and is recognized as a leading expert in helping those with back pain, neck pain, headaches and musculoskeletal injuries with several national certificates relating to this area of specialty. He also has extensive experience in helping employers prevent injury claims.
Troy is an avid and experienced trail runner and fitness expert—he has completed numerous 50-mile and 100-mile ultra-marathons. He has assisted runners and sports enthusiasts, locally and nationally, with back and lower extremity injuries.
He and his wife Shari live in Grantsville, UT.
